I would like to lend a hand to the owners and the community of the server. I think I could be a huge help to everyone on the server so I would like to help however I can. I would also like to become more experienced I'm the field of being an admin. 2. Because I have had a lot of experience as higher up members of staff on many other servers. so I know what I'm doing when it comes to being a leader or admin. I know a huge amount about the game and I can be free at any time to help on the server. 3. I'm just a very loyal person when it comes to being a leader of a group. would never break any rules of betray any members of staff. I am very authentic and compassionate when it comes to others.  4. There's nothing too huge you need to know about me. Just that I'm an avid Garry's mod player, I'm a musician and I'm home most days so I can basically come on daily.  5. about 6.5 - 7 hours per day 6. I have previously been staff on 3 servers where I have been commended many times for my work  7. I 100% understand this. I promise I will never abuse my powers in any situation. 8. I have had quite a lot of experience as I have previously stated. All 3 of these servers were populated by about 45 people daily. But are currently under maintenance due to personal problems with the owners. situations: 1. I would first try to talk him out of continuing and then get him to help, but then notify the owner when he/she is next online. But it they persist and continue to mass rdm I will ban them for the time being and wait for the owner to give me further instructions to handle with this. If when the ban expires and they still continue to mass rdm I would take further measures and ban then strip them of their admin role and or ip ban if they keep commyting crimes. 2. I would first talk to them and ask them why they think it was necessary for them to mass rdm like that, I would then explain that what they're doing is ruining everyone else's time on the server. I would then give them an appropriate warning ban for a day or so, If they join back after the ban expires and keeps doing it then I will supply them with a longer ban time. 3. First I would teleport him to me and explain that they were informed during training that they can not rdm, and that it is a bannbable offence to rdm. I would then give them a firm but fair jail time of around 15-20 minutes. If they persist, they will be given an appropriate ban. 4. I would teleport them to me and them to me and tell them why they are ruining other peoples experiences, I would then ask them what we could do to improve the server and for any constructive input they have for the server. If they still continue to be rude I will give them a warning ban or appropriate jail time. 5. I would first take this up with the admin that banned them and ask why they we're banned, I would then take them into a call with the friend and discuss this matter. If the admin agrees that it is unjustified and that it was a mistake I would un-ban the friend and say no more about it. But If they believe it was justified I would take it higher and ask the owner for help.  Thanks for your time regards, Ben

I read your application and overall i think its a good staff app and being already your 2nd or 3rd application it shows your resilient and are commited in joining the staff team which is a good thing. You answered honestly and elaborated your sentences thats great, the only aspect i think its less positive is when you say some times "If necessary I will take it to the owner for help" just keep in mind that as a owner im not gonna be spending lots of time in game as i have other more pressing issues to deal with so the hierarchy for you would be taking it to the Head Admin or even the chief of staff himself instead of me. But [color=#f39c12][u]overall [/u][/color]its a good application and i think you deserver a [size=150][color=#2ecc71]big +1[/color][/size] for the effort and resilience shown.
